History

At the time of April 1972, Mr. Takeshi Fujita (President of Daiichi Martial Arts Store), who lives in Konan Ward, Yokohama City, was the founder and through the secret of Shindo Munenryu one of the ancient styles of martial arts. (Currently, we do not practice the ancient  style.)

We started activities for the children of Yokodai, Isogo-ku, Hino, with the aim of developing their mind and body through kendo, and have continued to this day.

At that time, the development of new housing in the area was active, and more than 100 children were registered.

The training place is the same as the current one, the Yokodai Daiichi Junior High School Gymnasium and the Yokodai Daini Elementary School Gymnasium.

It has been 50 years since the Club was founded, which has been active in the area for such a long time.
